The pastry chef at my work and I did a dessert catering today for a ritzy dinner in the mansion district of Helena. She let me wear one of her chefs coats and pretend I was on Iron Chef for the day, or maybe Next Food Network star, or whatever awesome culinary show you like. It was awesome! I totally need to order myself one!
